Q. What if I need a mat, edge or ribbon switch size not offered in the online store?

A:  In most cases, we can make these products in exactly the size you need. Delivery is typically 2 weeks. Premium Service is available for emergency situations. Contact us with your size and delivery requirements.

Q:  I need to talk to somebody. How do I do it?

A:  Call us at 800-234-8273. Your will get a person, not a menu. Just as for sales help.

Q:  I need help figuring out what I need and would like to speak to a Tapeswitch representative in my area.

A:  Visit www.tapeswitch.com and select Contact Us at the top of the page to see a list of our sales people and how to contact them.

Q:  Will I receive an acknowledgement of my order?

A:  As your order is processed, you will receive email notifications every step of the way. When your ordered is shipped, you will receive the tracking number with a direct link to transit progress information.

Q:  Will my credit card number be secure?

A:  Our ordering system uses 128-bit encryption, which is the same security level used by the banking industry for online transactions.
